MASTERY Fellowship in Aesthetic Surgery is a 3-month, full-time, hands-on, post-residency training program tailored for qualified Plastic Surgeons seeking to gain expertise and clinical confidence in the field of Cosmetic Surgery. Designed and mentored by Dr. E. Kovarthini Ravikumar, this immersive program offers real-world surgical exposure combined with academic excellence.

Responsibilities

🔹 Body Contouring

  • Liposuction, Tummy Tuck, Gynecomastia, Arm & Thigh Lift, Fat Grafting, Ab Etching

🔹 Breast Aesthetics

  • Augmentation, Lift, Reduction, Axillary Tail Removal

🔹 Facial Aesthetics

  • Surgical & Non-Surgical Face Lifts, Rhinoplasty, Otoplasty, Blepharoplasty, Chin Augmentation

🔹 Cosmetic Gynaecology

  • Hymenoplasty, Labiaplasty, Vaginal Tightening (Laser & HIFU), Labial Enhancements

🔹 Hair Restoration

  • FUE & FUT Techniques

🔹 Non-Surgical & Minimally Invasive Procedures

  • Botox, Fillers, PRP/GFC/Mesosomes, MNRF, CO2 Laser, Chemical Peels, HIFU, Hydrafacials

🔹 Practice Essentials

  • Medico-legal training, consent protocols, ethics in aesthetics, digital marketing for clinics

Qualifications

M.Ch. or D.N.B. in Plastic Surgery (or recognized equivalent foreign qualification)

Valid Medical Council Registration

IAAPS Membership (mandatory for enrollment)

Recommendation Letter from any IAAPS member (excluding the Course Director)
